Return Policy: Procedural Guidelines and Eligibility Criteria
To facilitate efficient processing of return requests, customers are required to adhere to the following stipulations prior to initiating a return.
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are contingent upon direct procurement from Suorin Wholesale, as evidenced by original transactional documentation.
- The original invoice, with the item(s) to be returned clearly demarcated, must accompany the return shipment.
- Wholesale transactions are excluded from cash refund eligibility; alternative remedies will be provided.
- The customer assumes all financial responsibility for return shipping costs.
- Approved returns will be processed via an exchange for an identical product or, in the event of stock depletion, through the issuance of store credit.
- Return eligibility is restricted to items exhibiting manufacturing defects, as defined by the criteria articulated below.
- Items designated as sale merchandise are categorically excluded from return consideration.
- Certain product categories, due to inherent characteristics, are deemed non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to: liquids, disposable products, used or opened tank/RDA/RDTA systems, cartomizers, used or opened coils/pods/cartridges, batteries, chargers, and 420 products.
- Disposable vape products are considered final sale and are not eligible for any type of return.
Criteria for Defective Item Assessment:
- A defect is defined as a functional aberration from normal operational parameters, excluding instances of physical damage or abuse.
- Cosmetic imperfections, such as minor scuffs or discoloration, do not constitute grounds for return.
- The return must encompass all original packaging and accompanying components.
- Items must be securely packaged to mitigate transit-related damage.
- Returned products must not be within the non-returnable category.
Return Timeframe Parameters:
- Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Defective items are eligible for return within 6 calendar months of the original purchase date.
Return Processing Protocol:
- Upon receipt, returned items will undergo a comprehensive inspection to verify eligibility.
- Approved returns will result in either a product replacement or the issuance of store credit.
- Items deemed ineligible for return will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Claims Procedure:
- Claims pertaining to missing items within an order must be submitted within 7 calendar days of order receipt.
Shipping Logistics:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation.
- Detailed shipping information is accessible via the customer's online account order history.
- Primary shipping carriers include UPS Ground and USPS Priority; alternative shipping options are available upon inquiry.
- Same-day shipping deadlines are as follows: UPS Ground (12:00 PM PST) and USPS Priority (10:00 AM PST).
- Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping option during checkout.
- Insurance and signature confirmation are not included by default and must be requested and paid for by the customer.
- Suorin Wholesale will facilitate claims for orders lost or damaged during transit.
- Standard shipping is limited to U.S. domestic and territorial addresses.
- International shipping is subject to limitations and restrictions; customers are advised to contact Suorin Wholesale for further information.
