Thank you for shopping with Suorin Wholesale. This Shipping Policy outlines all relevant information regarding how we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders from our website, info@suorinwholesale.com
1. Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following major carriers:
UPS (Ground) & USPS (Ground Advantage)
Other carriers may be used on a case-by-case basis depending on service availability, product weight, and destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed before the daily cutoff times listed below may be eligible for same-day shipping:

UPS Ground – orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST

USPS Ground Advantage – orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST
Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on:

Weight and dimensions of the package

Shipping method selected
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

USPS Ground Advantage: 1–5 business days

4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and local regulations, we do not ship to the following locations:

PO Boxes (for UPS shipments)

Military APO/FPO addresses

Certain U.S. states or localities with restrictions on vape product shipments

International addresses (We currently only ship within the United States and its territories)
You are responsible for knowing your local laws. Suorin Wholesale is not liable for orders seized or returned due to regulatory issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
You can also track your order status via your customer account at www.suorinwholesale.com
6. Shipping Insurance and Signature Requirements
Orders do not include insurance or require a signature by default. If you wish to add shipping insurance or request a signature confirmation, you must select and pay for it at checkout.
Suorin Wholesale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless insurance or signature confirmation is purchased.
7. Delays and Exceptions
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier errors or service interruptions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Supply chain constraints or product shortages
We will make every effort to notify customers of any known delays on high-demand items or limited availability products.
8. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

Missed deliveries due to customer absence

Re-delivery fees imposed by the carrier
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we will attempt to contact you. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned due to undeliverability or customer refusal may be subject to:

Restocking fees (up to 15%)

Return shipping costs

Refunds excluding original shipping fees
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If you purchased insurance or signature confirmation, contact us at info@suorinwholesale.com for assistance.
10. Split Shipments
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and size constraints. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
11. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States and U.S. territories.
